Fender Jimi Hendrix Stratocaster
Aftermarket Price History
Used-market sales only. Brand New listings excluded.
The Jimi Hendrix Stratocaster is Fender's production homage to Hendrix's flipped-right-hand approach, built to capture a few key visual and mechanical cues rather than just borrow a famous name. The reverse headstock, reverse bridge-pickup angle and period-leaning cosmetics are the details that define it, because they create a noticeably different feel and response from a standard production Strat. On the used market, originality and condition carry more weight than on ordinary Mexican Strats because the model only makes sense when the signature geometry stays intact. It is aimed at players who want a recognizable Hendrix-adjacent experience without paying Custom Shop prices.

Market Report
Used examples typically trade between $925 and $2,025; anything under $900 is worth a close look. Prices are up +28.7% vs. 12 months ago. Price variance is high — individual sales can move the market, so check recent comps before committing.
Turnover is steady at ~10/month. Supply is consistent enough that patient buyers can find options without rushing.
Condition has a moderate effect on price (~18% spread from clean to worn). Player-grade examples represent reasonable value.
