Gibson J-45 True Vintage
Aftermarket Price History
Used-market sales only. Brand New listings excluded.
The J-45 True Vintage was Gibson's attempt to speak more directly to buyers who wanted period-minded J-45 character without entering the most expensive historic territory. That gives it a quieter, more connoisseur-driven market than the regular Standard. It performs best when the guitar still feels understated, dry and convincingly vintage-leaning in its response.

Market Report
Used examples typically trade between $2,700 and $2,925; anything under $2,675 is worth a close look. Some price variation month to month, but within a normal range.
This model rarely comes to market at ~3/month. When one does appear, expect less room to negotiate on price.
Condition has a moderate effect on price (~17% spread from clean to worn). Player-grade examples represent reasonable value.
