Road Worn Strats are factory-aged Mexican instruments aimed at players who want a broken-in feel and vintage visual language without paying American reissue money. Relic treatment, period-style pickups and old-school hardware cues separate them from regular Player or Standard models, while still keeping them firmly in the player-first category. On the used market, extra wear is not punished the way it would be on a clean gloss Strat, but missing parts and changed electronics still compress price because buyers want the original Road Worn recipe intact. These are for players who like the feel of a guitar that already looks played.
