Fender Vintera Mustang
Aftermarket Price History
Used-market sales only. Brand New listings excluded.
The Vintera Mustang is Fender's Mexican vintage-style short-scale model, aimed at players who want classic Mustang character at a more accessible price than U.S. reissues. Vintage-minded pickups, proper slider controls and period-leaning hardware are the features that define it, because they put the guitar much closer to the original design than the simpler Player Mustang. On the used market, setup and originality are the big price drivers, especially around the vibrato and switching, since those are the first places these guitars get altered. It is one of the better values for players who actually want Mustang behavior rather than just Mustang aesthetics.

Market Report
Used examples typically trade between $700 and $775; anything under $675 is worth a close look. The market is predictable month to month.
This is a slow-moving market at ~4/month. Sellers may wait longer for the right buyer; don't expect a quick flip.
The market isn't particularly condition-sensitive (~6% spread). A player-grade example trades close to a clean one.
Related models
The refinement of the Vintera formula: more period-correct cosmetics and hardware.
Modern-friendly alternative at a lower price: hardtail stability without the vintage vibrato if maintenance is a concern.
U.S.-built step up: Yosemite pickups and Dynamic Vibrato for players who want domestic build quality.
