Fender Player II Jaguar
Aftermarket Price History
Used-market sales only. Brand New listings excluded.
The Player II Jaguar marks a real shift from the earlier Player formula, bringing the model back toward true Jaguar territory instead of treating it as a humbucker-loaded shortcut. Rolled-edge neck treatment, a more traditional single-coil setup and proper floating-vibrato hardware make it a noticeably more authentic offset while still keeping the friendly modern feel of the Player platform. On the used market, originality of the bridge, trem and pickups carries more weight than flashy finish choice, because buyers are specifically shopping this model for its corrected spec mix. It suits players who want a contemporary Jaguar that still feels recognizably like a Jaguar.

Market Report
Used examples typically trade between $600 and $700; anything under $600 is worth a close look. Some price variation month to month, but within a normal range.
This is a slow-moving market at ~4/month. Sellers may wait longer for the right buyer; don't expect a quick flip.
Related models
The predecessor at a lower price: the simplified humbucker spec is a real step back from Player II's corrected floating-vibrato design.
U.S.-made step up: better fretwork, domestic build quality, and a more stage-polished spec for players ready to go American.
Vintage-facing alternative at a similar price: more period-correct switching and hardware for buyers who prefer that direction.
