Gibson Firebird VII
Aftermarket Price History
Used-market sales only. Brand New listings excluded.
The Firebird VII is the most theatrical numbered Firebird, which is exactly why the audience for it is smaller but more committed. Buyers want the full spectacle, not a merely good guitar in Firebird shape. That makes completeness and cosmetic integrity crucial, because once the drama fades the price case gets much harder to make.

Market Report
Used examples typically trade between $3,600 and $4,875; anything under $3,575 is worth a close look. Price variance is high — individual sales can move the market, so check recent comps before committing.
This model rarely comes to market at ~3/month. When one does appear, expect less room to negotiate on price.
Condition has a moderate effect on price (~22% spread from clean to worn). Player-grade examples represent reasonable value.
