Fender Plus Telecaster

The Tele Plus (1990–1999) is an outlier in the Plus-era lineup: it commands $1250–$2199, median around $1600 — significantly more than the equivalent Strat Plus. The Lace Sensor pickup configuration is the main story. Players who like Lace Sensors seek these out specifically; players who don't typically swap them, which suppresses value somewhat, but originality matters in this buyer pool.

Thin active inventory (rarely more than a dozen listings at any time) means sellers have more leverage than usual, and buyers should move on a fair example rather than waiting for a better deal to appear. At $1400–$1600 for a clean, original example you're paying market rate. Heavily modified or refinished examples should trade well below the median.
